Responsibilities:

Handle a large volume of calls from involved parties

Collect facts and evidence about auto accidents

Collect statements from involved parties

Investigate and assess claims to determine coverage decisions based on policy terms and conditions

Investigate and assess claims to determine liability decisions based on facts, evidence, and statements of involved parties

Qualifications:

Prior experience in handling property damage claims involving automobile accidents

Strong knowledge of insurance policy contracts, coverage types, traffic laws, and clams processes

Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of claims

Strong analytical, time management, and customer service skills

Proficient with computer software

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual is strongly preferred

Experience managing a large list of assigned claims

Experience managing a diary of claims activities
