    Role: HMI UX Performance Engineer
    Location: Auburn Hills, MI
    Interview: Phone/Skype
    Job Type: Contract

    Position Requirements Basic Qualifications:
    ● Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Physiology, Biomechanics, Biomedical, Human Kinetics, Psychology, Cognitive systems or other
    related fields

    Preferred Qualifications:
    ● Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Physiology, Biomechanics, Human Kinetics, Psychology, Cognitive systems or other related fields
    ● Experience with user centered design and requirements development
    ● Understanding of electrical engineering systems and development processes.
    ● Experience with Photoshop, Visio, Doors, Adobe XD
    ● Eight years of relevant experience in the field
    ● Good organizational, teamwork and problem solving skills, ability to meet deadlines amongst changing vehicle designs
    ● Detail oriented, flexible and has the ability to prioritize and facilitate alignments globally
    ● Understanding the benchmarking of competitive vehicle designs for usability and ergonomics; which includes heuristic and objective measurements
    ● Experience with vehicle life cycle design and development??
