The PDM Engineering Data Administrator is a central, shared resource to all USA-based Engineering groups within the Bosch Communications Systems (BT-CO) Business Unit. The primary purpose to this position is in supporting SAP-PDM Material Master Data / Bills of Materials (BoM) / Document creation, Engineering Change control, revision control and maintenance activities. This position also supports SAP-PDM data inquiries and cleansing activities, as requested by the Business Unit (BU) functions or Division-level groups.
In supporting the Engineering community, this position must actively interface and collaborate with various departments; including Product Management, Finance, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Service, Central Material Data Maintenance (CMDM) teams and others as needed in the completion of assigned tasks.
Essential Functions:
80% = Support the creation and maintenance of Bosch product master data and Engineering documentation in all relevant business systems.
10% = Train new system users on the correct way of working with SAP-PDM, MDT (Master Data Tool workflow), and the Engineering Change Request workflow system, based on each user’s business role.
10% = Complete other projects / tasks as directed by Manager.

The salary range for this position is $73,000-$75,000 annually and is not bonus eligible. Individual pay for this role can fall anywhere within this range and is dependent on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, applicable education, job knowledge, certifications, role complexity, job geographic location, etc. In addition to base compensation, Bosch offers a comprehensive total rewards package focusing on overall wellbeing and benefit offerings being effective Day 1!
