    Job Title: PEO IT Support and Training Specialist

    Reports To: Director of IT

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a patient, dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 users, as well as offering training to enhance their proficiency with these tools. Additionally, you will support and train users on Adobe software and Nextiva VOIP phone systems. Your role will also involve managing support tickets, updating learning materials, and conducting training sessions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and effective technical support to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEO software systems, payroll, HRIS (Human Resource Information System) benefit administration, and other related software.
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR and payroll software systems.
    • Provide technical guidance for benefits administration platforms.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other team members to identify and address system improvements and user needs to management.
    • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
    • Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and updates related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Nextiva VOIP.

    Training and Development:

    • Conduct short training sessions for users at beginner levels to enhance their understanding and use of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Create and update learning materials, including user guides, FAQs, and training documents.
    • Provide ongoing training support to ensure staff are up to date with new software releases, system updates, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in IT support, particularly with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
    • A degree or certification in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Experience in creating and delivering training sessions and materials.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certificates, CIA training, currently in or out of college with computer science etc.) are a plus.
    • Familiarity with PEO services and HR-related software is preferred.

    • Full-time hybrid position based in Phoenix, with occasional travel to client locations as needed.
