Requirements:

Must have an active Florida State RN/LPN License

3+ years of experience working as an RN/LPN; Home Health experience a HUGE PLUS

RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Home Health policies and procedures

Bilingual a HUGE PLUS
