    The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven record of accomplishment and accomplishments of being a strategic contributor to the growth of our business with target marketing. Seeking a high-energy individual who is motivated to generate business. In need of a fully accomplished, full time Personal Injury Liaison Outreach Specialist in Marketing Relations and Business Developer.

    This role focuses on outreach, marketing, and building new relationships with personal injury attorneys/medical providers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of professional, technical, and social skills, with a strong background in the personal injury arena. This is not just a marketing position; it is a strategic role designed to enhance Attorney/Doctors interactions.

    Duties will entail the following:

    Establish lasting relationships with industry-related professionals

    Coordinate, schedule and attend networking-related meetings/visits, etc.

    Participate in other creative marketing projects as needed

    Promote new business through face-to-face interaction, communication and marketing collateral

    Represent the business professionally

    Provide status field marketing reports on a consistent basis

    Cold calling Medical Doctors’ offices and Attorney Offices.

    Clear communication with referral sources to promote services.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Process quickly and multitask.

    Great follow through skills- accuracy and prioritize.

    Computerized data base to track all referrals

    Must have excellent attendance.

    Requirements

    2 to 5 years applicable experience (i.e. building relationships, customer service, marketing, outside sales, and/or experience working in a personal injury law firm)

    Must have reliable transportation for local travel to medical offices, attorney offices, events, meetings, etc.

    Superb listening, verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent time management and organizational abilities

    Ability to collaborate effectively with a team

    Self-motivated, flexible to change, dependable, and reliable to deliver results

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
