    I am looking to hire up to 3 producers to help us grow. There is no cap to the growth we can put together as a team, as the insurance industry is ripe if you want to get after it.

    We need help proccesing insurance quotes, working within our systems we have built, and helping building new ones. We need help reaching out to realtors and clinets alike, trying to help as much as we can.

    We need someone to help faciltiate the sales process, and start and sell new business. Along with service current clients.

    We need help marketing to realtors through the marketing programs we have already set up.

    We know what to do, we just dont have enough time to do everythign!

    THERE IS NO COLD CALLING. I have relations with realtors and brokers all other southern California, and I need producers to take info, work on quotes, send emails with options. If the client calls and wants the policy, then need you to put together the paperwork for our assistants to submit.

    So how does the pay look:

    3 month training / feel out period at $3,000 a month

    You will then be cut into the commission of our book of business

    Also commission bonuses based on how much business we can write in a month together.

    This job is commission based, but you are coming into an immediate floor and with the way the insurance market is going up, the pay increase every year could be pretty substantial.

    It's a FLOOR of $4,000 a month in 2025, and could get up to $6,500. 1099'd straight to you. 5 years from now, $100,000 should be the absolute floor, and I project around $140,000 per.

    Hours are simple. we work until the work is done. If you cant do those types of hours, we understand. if you have other priorities that take up most of your day, need not apply. We want someone who wants to get after it!

    I'll entertain as many agents who want to get after it.

    I will be doing interviews on Saturdays for 2 reasons. 1. We are way too busy to take 30 minutes out of the time in the middle of the week, and 2. let's see if you are ok working on weekends
