Responsibilities: Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met Secure any required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities to ensure construction is up to code Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
