Job Description
BEUMER seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT & Control Systems Specialist to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT hardware, software, and control systems associated with the Baggage Handling System at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our state-of-the-art baggage handling operations.
** Responsibilities:**
Hourly Rate: $65.04
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of baggage handling systems or similar automated material handling systems at the IT and Controls level.
Expertise in key areas such as:
High-Level Controls (SAC)
Field-Bus Systems and troubleshooting
SCADA Systems
Software Documentation
MS Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Airside Pass (Security Clearance).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Flexible and adaptable to evolving job duties and tasks as required by the company and operational needs.
