We are a local, growing plumbing service company based in Noblesville, In and we are expanding due to our commitment to doing right by our clients. Here, we focus on doing quality work, with ethical principles and build relationships with our community of clients, not focusing on the singular transaction at hand, but the larger goal of becoming a trusted partner to our customers: anytime they need our help, they know they can rely on us to take good care of them and their biggest asset, their home. We were founded on the idea that customers should be treated fairly, not preyed upon in their darkest times.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team! If you are a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do, a team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing jobs with efficiency, we want to hear from you!

A positive, coachable mindset is a must!

In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable with the team and what we expect of you, so we won't be throwing you out there on your own right away, even if you bring a deep skill set.

We are also open to interviewing the right person if they have some prior experience in a skilled trade, but maybe do not have their plumbing license just yet. We are a Department of Labor sponsor for Mechanical Skills and can pay for tuition to finish licensing as well as giving you industry expertise to mentor you as you learn. Conditions for the training program do apply in compliance with DOL. Will discuss at interview.
