  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
    - Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
    - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the point-of-sale system.
    - Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented attractively.
    - Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
    - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
    - Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions according to company policies.
    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
    - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
    - Stay informed about menu changes, wine pairings, and special promotions in order to provide recommendations to guests.
    - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative work environment

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
    - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
    - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    - Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow sanitation practices
    - Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
