_ Role and responsibilities_

Strategic Advisor to Leadership

• Served as the right hand to the team's lead, preparing high-impact materials for the Executive Committee and C-suite, ensuring visibility and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Designed and delivered strategy decks and executive presentations to communicate AI/analytics progress, achievements, and strategic direction to leadership.
• Synthesized complex project updates into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and board-level discussions.

Governance, Quality Control & Compliance

• Implemented rigorous quality control measures to identify and address potential issues, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Provided proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and improve project outcomes, maintaining high visibility and trust with leadership.

Budget & Resource Optimization

• Managed project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to forecast resource demands and develop resourcing plans that maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data tools used in banking environments.
• Proven track record of managing projects in AI, analytics, or data-driven domains.
• Strong proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and reports.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
• Budget planning and financial tracking expertise.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The salary range for this role is US$110,000 - US$150,000
