    Company Overview:

    Integense is expanding and is looking for senior analog and mixed-signal circuit designers to join our team focusing on industrial applications. As a member of the team, you will own all aspects of product development from product concept to manufacturing release. Integense has established strategic relationships with top tier OEM suppliers and is focused on delivering high-speed/high performance driver, precision measurement, isolation, and supply regulation integrated circuits.

    The Role:

    As part of our expansion, Integense is seeking experienced analog and mixed-signal circuit designers to drive innovation in industrial applications. In this role, you will lead the full product development cycle, from concept to manufacturing release. With strategic partnerships among top-tier OEMs, Integense is dedicated to developing high-speed, high-performance drivers, precision measurement solutions, isolation components, and supply regulation ICs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead IC design projects through the full development lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing release.
    • Develop and innovate complex transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits to achieve state-of-the-art performance.
    • Own chip-level mixed-signal integration, verification, and characterization to ensure best-in-class silicon performance.
    • Drive top-level integration while ensuring device reliability and silicon performance.
    • Work closely with business and product definition teams to define architecture and technical requirements.
    • Mentor junior engineers in advanced analog circuit design and layout best practices.
    • Collaborate with test engineering teams to develop robust production test strategies.
    • Support debugging across all phases of the product lifecycle, including design, verification, testing, and reliability analysis.
    • Occasional travel (10-15%) to San Jose, CA headquarters and customer sites (Asia / Europe).

    Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:

    • MSEE in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
    • Expertise in high-performance analog instrumentation, power electronics, high-speed drivers, high-accuracy data converters, and DC/DC conversion circuits.
    • Proven experience delivering full-chip solutions, including design, characterization, post-silicon debug, and reliability testing.
    • Proficiency in CMOS and BiCMOS circuit design methodologies.
    • Deep understanding of device physics, process technology tradeoffs, and thermal/current density challenges.
    • Expert user of development and automation tools, including Spectre, AMS, scripting, and MATLAB.
    • Familiarity with formal verification methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
