    Potential Days of Schedule: You will work some, not all of these depending on your availability. Monday-Friday 9am-2pm Saturday: 10am-3pm Sunday: 10am-3pm

    Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by ensuring food preparation, cleanliness, and dishwashing duties are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.

    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, cutting boards, and utensils.

    Wash, dry, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by sanitizing surfaces and properly storing food items.

    Handle trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness in kitchen areas.

    Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and readiness for service.

    Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed, including floors, walls, and equipment.

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus but not required.

    Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50 lbs].

    Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively.

    Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
