Prevot & Associates is a bustling Commercial Insurance brokerage located in beautiful Los Gatos* with an immediate opening for a fantastic team member! This can be a full or part time position as a Group Health Benefits Agent - INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
*Our team is currently working remotely, anticipating being back in the office on a hybrid schedule in the next few months. You would start out working remotely.

- OUR TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING REMOTELY, WE ARE EXPLORING HYBRID HOME/OFFICE SCHEDULES ONCE WE RETURN TO THE OFFICE.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Promptly & accurately communicating with clients and fellow team members – we believe in delivering fast, five-star service to our clients!
- Adds/terms/changes
- Service & billing issues
- Renewal review & presenting
- Quoting & supporting Renewal & New Business Accounts
- Being a point of contact to answer client inquiries (coverage Q's, enrollment inquiries, adds/terms/changes, etc.)
- Contact carriers when info or clarifications are needed
- Open enrollment
- Maintain some excel docs for clients (add/term logs, master employee benefit list, payroll deductions)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Small business group health benefits experience & license; P&C experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for time management
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to easily establish rapport with people
- Solid computer, grammar, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Are proactive & work well with people in a small environment
- Can prioritize, triage, and manage multiple tasks efficiently & accurately
