Job Description
We have an immediate project opportunity with one of our largest clients in Kansas City, MO for an IVR QA Analyst
The ideal candidate should possess experience with supporting in QA Analyst or similar IT role. Must have experience with IVR / Telephony platform testing. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio. Good knowledge in SQL and ADO would be a plus.
The candidate must have the ability to direct or assist as needed to complete their objectives. Overnight deployments will be required.
