We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Northern Summit County. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, part-time, or PRN (as-needed) opportunities. As a caregiver, you will provide support to individuals in need, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort

Prepare meals and assist with feeding, following dietary guidelines

Provide medication reminders and assistance, as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or family members

Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but NOT required)

Previous caregiving experience required

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained before hiring)

Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed

Reliable, compassionate, and patient

Ability to pass a background check

Transportation required; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
