Job Title: PRN Data Analyst
Location: Poppy's Therapeutic Corner (Remote/On-site)
Position Type: PRN (As Needed)
Overview: Poppy's Therapeutic Corner is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PRN Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data related to therapeutic treatment outcomes, client progress, and organizational performance. You will produce quarterly reports, track treatment data, update and format existing data sheets, and provide insights that support the continuous improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess treatment effectiveness and client progress.
Generate detailed quarterly reports based on treatment data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Calculate and track various treatment metrics, identifying trends and patterns in the data.
Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
Develop and maintain databases to store and organize treatment-related data.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Support ongoing quality assurance and process improvement initiatives by identifying data-driven opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to data privacy and reporting.
Create, maintain, format, and update complex spreadsheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
Formulate and automate data processes in spreadsheets using advanced functions and formulas (e.g., pivot tables and conditional formatting).
Update and ensure the accuracy and organization of existing data sheets, making necessary improvements to streamline data entry and retrieval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet's).
Expertise in creating and managing advanced spreadsheets, including the use of complex formulas and functions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable format.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with qualitative data analysis techniques (e.g., coding, thematic analysis).
Familiarity with treatment outcome metrics and quality assurance processes.
Previous experience in a PRN or flexible work setting is a plus.
