Job Description

The physical therapist provides physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physician's plan of care.

Qualifications

1. PT therapist must be licensed in the state of Texas.

2. Must have graduated from a PT program approved by CAPTE and have passed a national examination for Physical Therapist.

3. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordant with state.
