We are seeking PRN Nurse to join our Home Health Agency in a part-time/contract position.

Responsibilities:

On an as-needed basis, filling in for staffing shortages or providing extra support during busy times. Key responsibilities of a PRN nurse:

Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and document findings accurately.

Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.

Flexibility: Adapt to different work environments and schedules, as PRN nurses may work in various departments or facilities.
