Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! You will play a crucial role in carrying out individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Responsibilities

On-site work with children 3 years old and above.

Participate in client's plans of care.

Carry out treatment plans with client's families

Stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity in a team environment

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Minimum one year of experience in OT

Pediatrics experience required

IL state license as OTA
