ACE Wellness Center is a leading transportation services provider committed to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible PRN (as-needed) Transportation Driver to join our team and help us deliver top-notch transportation services to our customers. Job Summary: As a PRN Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of passengers to their destinations while adhering to all local and federal regulations. You will operate a company-owned vehicle and ensure a comfortable, efficient, and professional transportation experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles, including cars, vans, or buses, depending on the specific job assignment.
2. Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and mechanically sound vehicle, performing routine safety checks, and promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
3. Provide a high level of customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling any special requests.
4. Ensure the safety and security of passengers, following all traffic laws and company policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger information, if necessary.
6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, co-workers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
7. Handle cash, credit card transactions, or ticket sales in a professional and accurate manner, if required.
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on safety, customer service, and job-specific skills.
10. Work on an as-needed basis, filling in for regular drivers during their scheduled time off, vacations, or busy periods.

Expectations:

1. Must be flexible and reliable to travel to Berea and Valleyview location for coverage.
2. Must follow attendance policy and any other transportation related policies.
3. ON Call position- means you are not scheduled to work but can be called in short notice if someone calls offs.
4. Continuous Rejections- After 5 times of saying that you are unable to work whether call off coverage or drivers request offs you will be subject to corrective action. Qualifications:​1. High school diploma or equivalent.
5. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
6. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
7. Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
8. Strong customer service and communication skills.
9. Attention to detail and punctuality.
10. Physical fitness to handle passenger boarding and luggage, if required.
11. Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
12. Previous transportation or driving experience is a plus.
13. Knowledge of first-aid and emergency procedures is advantageous.
