Job Title: PRN Personal Care Aide

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide assistance to individuals in need on a per diem basis. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

Help with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary.

Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.

Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.

Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must pass a sled background check (no violent felonies).

Competency evaluation and drug test are required.

Compensation:

Pay: $18 per hour, with same-day payment available for hours worked.

Working Conditions:

This is a per diem position with flexible hours based on client needs.

We have clients located in Barnwell, Aiken, and North Augusta.

Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with personal care.
