Responsibilities
The Project Assistant will provide support to the Project Managers ad Superintendents administrating the supply of materials and equipment needed for project
•
This includes setting up the projects and handling them from start to finish
•
Making sure that all contract documents/drawings (including: out for approval, back from approval and issued for construction) are logged and printed and make it to the corresponding party whether by email, courier or in person
•
Billing for projects per contractor requirements and keeping up with a Schedule of Values (SOV) for each project as well as collecting funds when due
•
Assist Project Managers with Change Orders, Shipping Tickets and Material Needs
•
Provide the Project Managers with document status (i.e. change orders, drawings and payment status, etc.)
•
Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices and coordinate completion of project
•
Assist with other administrative & operational functions as time allows
•
