Who We're Looking For - Licensed Medicare Insurance AEP Sales Agent (Life and Health) - Remote

We are currently seeking experienced and Licensed Insurance AEP Sales Agents to join our work from home Medicare team! You will assist customers to make Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services. This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

Your day-to-day:

• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
• Complete transactional sales through closing
• Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
• Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business
• Perform other duties and projects will be assigned as needed

Experience Required for Your Success

Who we’re looking for:

This is a remote position in Texas, no travel required!

• MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience
• Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
• Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
• Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
• Strong communication skills
• Call center experience preferred
• Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
• Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP.

What We Offer

Uncapped commissions with a base pay. This is a performance based position after all, so the harder you work the more you make! Average sales agent earnings are between 32k-90k+/year, and our top 10% make over $100k!! It's all in the effort you put into it!
