Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Assist life enrichment director with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community, designed to promote resident’s creativity, physical and mental well-being, socialization, and fun!
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment.
• Provide administrative duties to support the life enrichment team as assigned by the life enrichment director.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 years of progressively responsible work experience in the senior living industry or related field.
• Ability to read and write, follow written and oral instructions, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion, flexibility, and adaptability. Ability to always perform duties with consideration for residents’ rights and demonstrate integrity and discretion in the care of residents and in handling their health information.
