Cardinal is seeking people passionate about changing lives of children and dedicated to helping others. Your optimistic, unselfish and caring nature will make you the key member of our clinical team. You'll get to come up with fun ways to work with the kids, making sessions fly by and rooted in the knowledge you are truly making a difference.

    Things you'll never forget

    • The day when a kid wants you to stay and is excited to hear you'll be coming back

    • The lightbulb moment when you start to see how ABA works
    • The day you realize this might be a career rather than a job

On this team, your adaptability and flexibility will lend itself well to an environment full of variety and excitement, where the support of your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and fellow team members will help guide you. Your true talent will come from your ability to engage with others, where your enthusiasm and open friendly communication style will make you a natural at pairing with clients and families.
