    Job Summary:

    - Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
    - Engage with residents to provide companionship and emotional support.
    - Participate in staff training and continuing education as required to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
    - Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    - Current certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in accordance with state regulations.
    - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
    - Strong understanding of medication management and safety protocols.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
    - Must pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements.

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed, including those with limited mobility.
    - Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
    - Able to perform tasks involving minimal physical activity as well as tasks requiring lifting and physical effort.
