    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our team and provide crucial support in our healthcare facility.     Key Responsibilities:
    - Administer prescribed medications to residents according to established protocols and physician orders.

    - Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication administration records.
    - Ensure all medications are stored properly and maintain a clean and organized medication cart.
    - Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    - Educate residents and their families about medication management and promote adherence to medication regimens.
    - Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with best practices in medication administration and patient care.
    - Follow all safety protocols and ensure a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent.
    - Certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in the state of [insert state].
    - Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
