Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in self-defense instruction, martial arts, or related fields.
Certifications: Certification in self-defense, martial arts, or related disciplines (e.g., Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, etc.) is preferred.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of self-defense strategies, techniques, and safety protocols.
Teaching Skills: Previous experience in teaching or instructing groups or individuals in a training or educational setting.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain techniques and provide constructive feedback.
First Aid/CPR Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain within [X] months of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Self-Defense Classes: Lead group and private lessons in various self-defense techniques, focusing on real-world applications for personal safety.
Safety and Risk Management: Ensure that all classes are conducted in a safe environment, adhering to proper training protocols to minimize risk of injury.
Evaluate Student Progress: Provide constructive feedback to students, tracking their improvement and adjusting training techniques as necessary to meet individual needs.

Maintain Class Discipline: Enforce a respectful and focused atmosphere during classes, addressing any behavioral concerns professionally.
Stay Updated on Self-Defense Trends: Continuously improve knowledge of current self-defense techniques and methods, attending professional development opportunities when possible.
