Physical Therapist - Certified Home Health Agency

We are seeking compassionate Physical Therapists to provide home-based therapy services. Our therapists play a vital role in improving mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

The Physical Therapist, under physician orders, is responsible for assessing and treating clients in a home setting. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include conducting physical therapy evaluations and treatments with a high degree of proficiency. The ability to work independently is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid NYS driver’s license is also required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical expertise and ability to manage diverse patient needs
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and commitment to continued learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current New York State PT License
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Valid driver’s license
