This key person executes and assists with a variety of administrative and operational tasks that allow the company to operate efficiently and profitably.

Overview of key responsibilities:

-answer phones/direct calls

-process field time sheets and payroll

-billing

-issue and track purchase orders

-request price quotes and order materials

-determine & acquire town and county required job permits / bonds

-request and generate various certificates of insurance/W-9's/etc.

-address various vendor registrations/insurance documents

-underground utility mark out requests

-departmental DOT and fleet mileage & service tracking

-generate various sales reports

-maintain health and safety training logs

-dispatch and support field technicians as directed

-type and prepare formal contracts for estimators

-follow up on bids/quotes

-various support tasks as assigned by departmental manager
