    Hormone & Injury Specialist of 20+ Year Seeking Operations Manager

    Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. To run the full office and take care of the Doctors schedule so that he can focus on what he does best! We are hiring someone that is balanced outside of work and in. Who is seeking an opportunity to take a company to the next level. To create a more efficient system to create a well oiled machine. This position is wearing multiple hats and being the first face and last face the clients see. The day to day operations will be maintained solely by the operations manager along with creating and developing a ideas and systems to generate more growth.

    This is a small practice that will rely on you to keep the schedules and books filled full 3 days a week.

    In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee and Operate all operational aspects of the business

    Small practice your will be the first point of contact and last for all patients.

    Create strategic and operational goals and objectives and execute them all

    Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability

    Full front desk tasks, phones, reminder calls, ringing up customers, up-sales and more.

    Quickbooks experience is a must

    Oversee and preform inventory control

    Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

    Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts

    Rent out rooms to subleases

    Spin down blood and package for postal

    Bill minimum insurance

    Chase down outstanding accounts

    Must have experience working with Drs

    Must work efficiently and calm under pressure.

    Help in system change

    Excellent management skills and experience

    Spinning blood and shipping out

    Payroll

    Prescriptions Management

    Maintain client charts and schedules

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as an Operations Manager is required

    Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and

    Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Knowledge of health care practices and financial principles

    Working Directly with Doctors Previously is required

    Must work professional and efficient under stress
