Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PWC Technician to join our growing team. This individual will specialize in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can-Am on-road and off-road products, performing repairs, maintenance, and modifications to ensure our customers' vehicles are in top operating condition. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Sea-Doo personal watercraft (PWC) and Can-Am on-road and off-road vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other related products.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on a variety of powersports vehicles.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Sea-Doo and Can-Am product developments, repair techniques, and industry trends.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a technician, with a focus on Sea-Doo and Can-Am products preferred.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
