Top "Must-Have" Skills for this job:
• 5+ years of Human Resource experience
• MUST have experience in a distribution/manufacturing/warehouse/fulfillment center environment (A big-box store)
• MUST have experience working with hourly employees
• Strong employee relationship experience developing and executing a proactive employee and labor relations
• Possess a solid understanding of HR issues specific to start-up and/or CPG and tech companies
• Strong knowledge and experience with federal, state and local employment laws
• Bachelors or Maters Degree (Required)
