Benefits: • Paid Time Off (including floating holidays) and a Healthcare Subsidy • Technology stipend • Free supervision and consultation • Training support Responsibilities: • Deliver behavioral health therapy to clients in King of Prussia, PA, utilizing individual, group, family, or couples treatment approaches based on training and experience. • Provide case management services as needed to ensure effective client support. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external team members to maintain seamless care for clients in King of Prussia, PA. • Respond promptly to client crises and adhere to safety protocols under clinical supervision. • Keep client charts current by completing progress notes and required documentation within 48 hours of each session in King of Prussia, PA. • Guide master-level pre-licensed clinicians and interns to enrich mentorship and educational programs in the practice. • Conduct training sessions for staff and contribute to their professional growth. • Develop policy manuals, resource guides, and training materials for practice staff. • Engage in continuous evidence-based practices training to enhance professional development and improve client care quality. Qualifications: • Applicants applying for the PA Doctoral Level Psychology Intern position in King of Prussia, PA, US must hold a doctoral degree in a psychology-related field. • Candidates should have completed a psychology residency or be currently enrolled in a psychology doctoral program with at least two semesters finished to meet the qualification criteria. • Individuals must be actively working towards obtaining a PA-Licensed Psychologist status or be enrolled in a doctoral program during their tenure. • Knowledge of CBT, DBT, Trauma Treatment, and/or LGBTQIA+ treatment is beneficial, and suitable candidates will receive training. • The position requires availability for full-time work (40 hours/week, with 25 hours dedicated to billable services) or part-time work (15 billable hours per week). • Services must be provided on-site in King of Prussia, PA, with applicants expected to offer evening and/or weekend availability. • The role involves commuting to King of Prussia, PA, to deliver in-person and telehealth services from the office suite, including providing telehealth services in-office for pre-licensed level clinicians. • Physical ability to sit at a desk, use a computer for extended periods, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 10 lbs is mandatory. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly DOE
