Shifts Available:

• B Shift - 8 pm to 6 am, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Receives $1.25 an hour shift premium
• C Shift - 6 am to 6 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Receives $1.75 an hour shift premium
• D Shift - 6 pm to 6 am Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Receives $2.50 an hour shift premium
• For good attendance, monthly attendance bonus is an extra $2.50 an hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow and adhere to safety regulations regarding the safe operation of die casting and trimming equipment.

2. Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.

3. Read Key Paperwork - Standard Work Identification - Storage and Retrieval of tools and equipment.

4. Must perform basic die cast and trim operations, understand part make-up, flashing, gate and trim expectations.

5. Properly log information into databases.

6. Perform basic quality checks and document performance on an hourly basis.

7. Correctly route product to departments.

8. Must be able to evaluate the effects of the equipment on the quality of the parts.

9. Must strive to improve processesto continually increase production and improve quality.

10. Must continuously train to keep up with technology.

11. Required to complete paperwork associated with the job. (time card, records, and charts, etc.).

12. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school Diploma required.

SALARY INFO:

$14 - $15 / HR
