As a Fire & Packout Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties and bringing peace of mind to those affected by disasters.

    Looking for a heavy lifter! This role involves a lot of moving of clients' belongings*

    What the job looks like - Job Description:

    Cleaning, packing up and moving customer contents with care.

    Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to primarily include: pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning. Water extraction, light construction and demolition on occasion.

    May perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobs.

    May perform cleaning duties dealing with trauma, bio-hazard, and COVID.

    Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor.

    Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor.

    Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job.

    Full-Time, Monday-Friday ( potential for overtime + weekends, if needed)

    Participation in an on-call rotation

    What we require of you – Must haves:

    Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening

    Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

    Advanced techniques in fire, packout, and structure cleaning

    What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    Move up to 50-70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

    Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.

    Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.

    For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.

    Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
