Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple packaging positions for our production team.

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but it is not required. We are willing to train the right employee. This role is very fast paced and will require you to meet production deadlines. You will be working on a packaging line, putting away products and preparing them for shipment. You must be highly detail oriented to perform this job.

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work weekends. You may be asked to work overtime based on production requirements.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and preparing orders for shipment on a production line
• Quality checking products to ensure there are no defects or damage from production
• Printing and applying shipping labels to outgoing orders
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities
• Working with your team and manager to complete projects effectively
• Assisting in other departments if it is required
• Gathering items from throughout the facility to use in production
• Performing basic machine operation
• Loading raw materials into production machinery

Qualifications:

• Prior production experience is a plus but it is not required
• The ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Remaining detail oriented at all times
• The willingness to work in a face paced environment
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
