    • Collaborate on Custom Solutions: Partner with the Design Team to deliver packaging audits and develop innovative, value-added solutions in a timely manner.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Experience Matters: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, display packaging, or the manufacturing industry.

    • Local Knowledge: Ideally based in, or near, the assigned sales territory (we love home-grown talent!).

    • Communication Skills: You’re a pro at engaging with people, listening, and delivering clear, persuasive messaging.

    • Relationship Builder: You know how to quickly connect with customers, suppliers, and team members—because relationships matter.

    • Motivation & Results-Driven: You're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive under pressure. But you’re also a team player who collaborates effortlessly.

    • Problem Solver: You think on your feet and can find solutions that fit the customer’s needs using a consultative sales approach.
