What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Matters: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, display packaging, or the manufacturing industry.
Local Knowledge: Ideally based in, or near, the assigned sales territory (we love home-grown talent!).
Communication Skills: You’re a pro at engaging with people, listening, and delivering clear, persuasive messaging.
Relationship Builder: You know how to quickly connect with customers, suppliers, and team members—because relationships matter.
