Qualifications
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and the safety regulations
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
- Must be able to perform all job functions safely
- Must meet the company standards for the job
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to understand and follow all written SSOP’s
- Must be able to understand MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
- Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Understanding of warehouse management software and hardware preferred. We use WMS on computers and scan guns to control our inventories.
- Technical ability to change rolls of labels and ribbons, as well as troubleshoot problems
- Will need good verbal and written communication skills.
- Will need to communicate verbally and through emails with corporate IT, R&D and help desk regarding changes to labels or issues observed during normal job functions.
- Will need to coordinate with production and QA regarding label needs, changes or training.
