We are seeking individuals who possess a proven track record of safely operating large box trucks while transporting our customers' belongings. Your responsibilities will include meticulously executing projects by carefully wrapping and safeguarding furniture and delicate items, ensuring accurate inventory management, proficiently loading and unloading 26-foot box trucks, and actively contributing to packing and unpacking activities as required, all while maintaining a well-organized placement of items for delivery. Additionally, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, referral sources, and colleagues throughout the entire process is crucial. We also expect you to uphold clean and orderly workspaces, whether on a job site, inside the truck or within our warehouses at all times. Responsibilities: • Supervise a small team while on the worksite ensuring preparation for each individual job by reviewing the description of the job, required tools and equipment, and materials • Verifying of load out on the track for the day and assigned vehicle and personnel • Contacting project managers, Insured individuals, and Insurance adjusters prior to deployment for the job • The proper operation of a 16-26' box truck loaded with household contents to and from the job site • Ensure the safety of all personnel at the job site Qualifications: • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are mandatory • Must pass a background check to be considered for the position What we expect from you: • Reliability - Punctuality and readiness to take charge of the day • Technical Proficiency - Ability to adeptly operate a smartphone • Integrity - If you spot something amiss, speak up. Many of our projects involve multiple destinations and complexity Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
