Job Description**
The Paid Advertising Specialist is a critical member of our marketing team, responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing paid digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This role demands a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with other Media teams, including the Traditional Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Account and Analytics teams.
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will employ a data-driven approach to create impactful marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and support the organization in achieving its business objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to continuously improve and innovate within the rapidly evolving PPC and paid social media landscape.
