    Job Overview

    As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a highly analytical and creative thinker, experienced in driving ROI, scaling campaigns, and utilizing performance data to improve results continually.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Campaign Strategy & Management: Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn to align with client goals.
    • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and evaluate campaign KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improved performance and higher ROI.
    • Audience Research & Targeting: Conduct research on target audiences across Latin American markets to create tailored campaigns that resonate and convert.
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Regularly test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to optimize campaign results.
    • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize performance and achieve financial objectives for each campaign.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across creative, content, and account management to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to client campaigns.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in paid media management, ideally in a digital marketing agency or multi-client setting.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
    • Creativity: Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and develop fresh campaign ideas.
    • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Latin American Markets: In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviors and trends within Latin America.
    • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
