Paid Media Manager (eCommerce + paid search focused)
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
About our client: We are partnering with an award-winning digital marketing agency that has worked with top brands like Amazon, Uber, and more. They provide services in Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing, and CRO.
About the Role: We are looking for a humble, hungry, and smart Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, focusing primarily on eCommerce clients across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon. You will drive performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 4 to 6 paid media client accounts, effectively communicating with client contacts.
- Ideate, manage, and optimize comprehensive eCommerce digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS.
- Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations and creatively reach target audiences.
- Strategically manage client budgets and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Showcase a deep understanding of clients’ business positions, providing creative recommendations in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with client teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates) to meet or exceed campaign targets.
- Build insightful, compelling reports with actionable insights for clients.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in social media and the digital industry.
- Proactively seek frameworks and tools to increase work efficiency.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
- Understands feed management and has a solid grasp of e-commerce and online consumer behavior.
- 3+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $200K+.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with the ability to flag issues and troubleshoot effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
