What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of campaign strategies, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and platform recommendations.
- The focus of this role is on Google Ads (Search, LSA, Youtube, Display, etc) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), with additional activations across other paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and other channels.
- Oversee account, tracking, and campaign setup, ensuring alignment with best practices and performance goals.
- Manage multiple campaigns with a strong focus on strategy, testing, and optimization to improve KPIs.
- Build and manage analytics dashboards, using Looker Studio, Google Sheets and other tools
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide insights gained from GA4 and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct competitive research and refine audience sets, targeting, and keywords to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee budget pacing and optimization to ensure efficient spending across all campaigns.
- Assess landing pages for strategy and conversion rate optimization to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tactics, testing new approaches for internal and external initiatives.
What you need:
- Must have obtained, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and methodologies
- 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Adwords, Bing)
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- A foundation of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills, Excel or preferably with Google Sheets
- Experience with creation and maintenance of LookerStudio dashboards
- Meta Ads, Google Adwords and/or Analytics Certified
- Experience working and communicating directly with clients
- Impeccable attention to detail

- Experience with Supermetrics and other marketing automation tools
