    Job Description

    The & Other Stories US Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the & Other Stories overall traffic quality and acquisition strategy in the United States. The role will maintain a close dialogue with our global digital marketing team and partner with our local digital agency to deliver campaigns with great results.

    This position is based in NY, NY

    Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

    • In partnership with US Digital Agency & Global Marketing, develop a US digital marketing strategy with the goal to drive quality traffic, brand awareness, revenue, and database growth while optimizing ROI and budget.
    • Develop and optimize US affiliate marketing channel in partnership with US Digital Agency and global digital marketing team and affiliate platforms.
    • Execute paid media campaigns across paid social, SEM, and affiliate, with a focus on testing locally relevant visuals, messaging, and audiences.
    • Evaluate emerging digital platforms such as streaming and execute locally relevant and engaging campaigns.
    • Brief required assets based on local/channel best practices and customer engagement.
    • Work with E-Commerce Manager to ensure acquisition goals align with sales goals.
    • Work with E-Commerce Manager team to develop and monitor audiences for targeting.
    • Report on channel performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and campaign basis with focus on customer/market and actionable insights, utilizing key platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager and pertinent affiliate platforms.
    • Partner with global marketing team to define digital marketing channel goals by channel and evaluate performance.

    Additional Accountabilities :

    • Responsible for overseeing aspects of US Brand & Marketing budget together with Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager, including but not limited to forecasting, tracking, actualizing and providing regular updates.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent years of work experience.
    • 3+ years’ relevant work experience in paid media and/or digital marketing.
    • Fashion and/or beauty industry experience highly desirable.
    • Prior experience with budget management
      • Prior experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager a must.
    • Prior experience with tracking and reporting platforms like Google Analytics.
    • Prior experience with affiliate marketing programs a must.
    • Knowledge of US digital marketing landscape and competitor activities.
    • Customer-focused with data-driven approach to decision making.
    • Possess analytical skills and understanding of tools such as Google Analytics along with relevant KPIs.
    • Strategic mindset and planning skills with the ability to pivot and adapt quickly to change.
    • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 15% of the time.

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is $86.804-97.655 annually
