With a focus on expanding our marketing efforts, we are seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising initiatives across various platforms. In this role, you will have the flexibility to collaborate with freelancers for specialized tasks while leading strategy development and overseeing performance in-house.

    Role Summary:

    We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong grasp of digital advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok. You will be working closely with our media and content teams to design and implement advertising strategies aimed at boosting engagement, generating leads, and driving sales for our brand. While freelance support may be used for certain tasks, you will lead campaign strategies and manage performance internally.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple digital channels, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
    • Review and evaluate organic content to identify opportunities for repurposing into paid campaigns.
    • Manage and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on key performance indicators such as ROI, CTR, and CPA.
    • Collaborate with media teams (producer, video editors, social media manager) to align ad creatives with overall branding goals.
    • Run A/B tests on various ad creatives, headlines, formats, and landing pages to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Adjust and manage campaign budgets to optimize spend based on performance data.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Oversee and coordinate external freelancers or agencies for tasks like ad design or copywriting.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to ensure competitive and innovative strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns with proven results on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
    • Analytical skills with experience in using data to optimize campaigns for measurable results.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve performance.
    • Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and budget management.
    • Ability to collaborate with content teams and manage freelancers as needed.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Experience in e-commerce or service industries (HVAC experience is a plus).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience scaling advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
    • Knowledge of retargeting strategies, funnel building, and creating effective customer journeys.
    • Experience managing external freelancers or agencies on a project basis.
