    Job Description

    The Paid Search Specialist is a critical member of our marketing team, responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role demands a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with other Media teams, including the Traditional Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Account and Analytics teams.

    As a Paid Search Specialist, you will employ a data-driven approach to create impactful marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and support the organization in achieving its business objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to continuously improve and innovate within the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Strategize, execute, and manage paid efforts on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc).

    • Implement and manage paid social media-driven campaigns using online platforms and tools, including Business Manager, Sprout Social, etc.

    • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.

    • Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives. Assist in developing media strategy, and building paid media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimizations, etc.) Optimize and Split test.

    • Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

    • Give direction to the creative team to update creatives on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads accounts.

    • Ensure all tracking codes are installed and working correctly.

    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

    • Conduct keyword, trend, and audience research in tandem with analytics team members Track and report performance regularly in cohesion with account teams and analytics teams

    • Represent the social media practice by working as an integrated team member to identify and deliver social media solutions that meet client objectives.

    • Optimize and update LSAs as well as Google My Business for three properties.

    • Optimize websites for SEO.

    Salary: $75,000 - 80,000 per year

    Working Schedule: Monday -Friday 9AM to 5:30PM EST

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience managing paid search and social media campaigns.
    • Proven experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads (LSAs).

    Technical Skills

    • Google Analytics
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, tracking codes, and reporting systems.
    • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of paid search landing pages.
    • Knowledge of keyword research tools and audience targeting strategies.
    • Familiarity with Google My Business and website SEO best practices.

    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights and performance improvements.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and creative growth strategies.
    • Capability to develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to meet business objectives.
