    Job Summary: K-Display is seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Line/Assembly Supervisor to oversee our paint line operations and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in powder coating and silk screen printing, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and production timelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Paint Line Operations:

    Supervise the powder coating process, ensuring consistent application, proper curing, and adherence to quality standards.

    Troubleshoot and maintain paint line equipment, minimizing downtime.

    Manage inventory of coating materials and supplies.

    Silk Screen Printing:

    Oversee silk screen printing processes to ensure accuracy and quality in product branding and design.

    Train team members on proper techniques and equipment operation.

    Assembly Operations:

    Coordinate and manage assembly processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of products.

    Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve assembly challenges.

    Team Leadership:

    Supervise and mentor paint line and assembly staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

    Schedule and manage team workloads to meet production goals.

    Enforce safety protocols and company policies.

    Quality Control:

    Conduct inspections at various production stages to ensure all products meet K-Display's quality standards.

    Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the production manager and other departments to align on project deadlines and resource needs.

    Communicate effectively with customers or design teams to address specific requirements.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

    Proven expertise in powder coating processes and equipment.

    Hands-on experience with silk screen printing techniques and machinery.

    Strong understanding of metal fabrication and assembly processes.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

    Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

    Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.

    Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling.
